Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! Kindly head to our check out page to find out which country options are available. If you do not see the country you reside in, kindly contact us via email and let us know the items you'll like to purchase and we will revert as soon as possible with the shipping rates for your desired country!

 

How do I make payment for my purchase?

Simply choose your preferred bank and key in all necessary details

PayPal (Credit Card / Debit Card)
Payments can be made via Credit Card or Debit Card through PayPal! Simply click on the "Paypal" button when you are ready to check out your items and you will be redirected to the payment page! Just key in all the necessary card details and you're ready to roll! Easy peasy!

 

Which courier service do you use?

We have currently engaged PosLaju Express to handle all of our parcels. All parcels can be tracked at www.poslaju.com.my for status updates and parcel locations.

 

How much do you charge for delivery?

Postage charges are very affordably and reasonably priced and they will be automatically calculated at check out.

If you spend above RM500 in a single receipt, you will be able to enjoy the benefit of FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING within MALAYSIA.

 

How long will I have to wait for my parcel?

For Local Delivery within Malaysia, all parcels will be delivered to your doorsteps within 3-5 business days once payment is successfully made!

For International Delivery, an estimated time frame will be given during check out after selecting country of residence.

 

How do I know that my parcel has been shipped?​

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number attached. Tracking of the location & status of your parcel can be traced at www.poslaju.com.my

 

I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

Stay calm! If you have not received your parcel, please check for its location and status updates at www.poslaju.com.my with the tracking number provided to you earlier through email. Tracking statuses of parcels will take up to 12 hours to be updated. If there is no records found, kindly contact us via info.stashe@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can!

 

Can I return, exchange or get a refund for my purchase?

We are terribly sorry but all purchases made will not be returnable, refundable or exchangeable unless we've made a mistake on your order or if there is a defect on the item when you receive your goods. Please contact us via info.stashe@gmail.com to solve your problems. Thank you!
